Out of all the Christian singers out there that currently play on the radio today, Chris Tomlin is one of my top favorites. He takes scripture and sings it beautifully with upbeat and catchy tunes. He fills my radio with praise to our Lord with his genuine love for the Word. Chris Tomlin is an American contemporary Christian music artist, worship leader, and songwriter who has sold nearly 30 million records.  Some of his most well-known songs are "How Great Is Our God", "Jesus Messiah", "Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)", "Our God", and "Whom Shall I Fear".  His 2013 album Burning Lights debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, only the fourth Christian album ever to open at No.1.  Throughout his career, Chris has been nominated for 32 Dove Awards (6 of them collaborative efforts) and he has won 19 of them.

Christmas music lours me right in every year. From the classic to the new wave music my ears are filled with the sounds of the season. They can bring you happiness, laughter, a warm feeling inside, make you think and many other things. Each song with its own effect on a person. For me I am filled with joy and love for my family and friends. Listening to music while in the car, or while baking, or decorating or playing games. We just love music in our family!

I still remember turning on the news and seeing an escaped prisoner Brian Nichols peacefully surrender. This was back in March 2005 and I still remember the headlines.
