With a picky eater at home I like to get creative to get my kiddo to eat a wide variety of foods. Making them also appealing to the eye seems to get children more interested and focused on eating what fun creation is in front of them. So I thought I know my daughter loves cupcakes so lets try meatloaf cupcakes. While this avenue did not work to get her to eat I stumbled upon the most delicious meatloaf creation my mouth has ever had the pleasure of eating.
