Between me constantly on the go with my energetic toddler and my husband on his feet all day at work, we go through insoles quick. They wear out quickly and really just are not enough to make a difference.

My husband and I noticed all around support right away, which is especially hard to accomplish with a high arches like we have. Right away we knew they were not like any other insole. They actually put the spring back in your step, literally! Not only do they support your feet, they give the rest of your body so much more. My lower back pain has drastically decreased and my husbands knee pain is non existent. The springs provide an excellent give and take when you walk or run, taking the brunt off your body.
The results do vary by person and usage.
