Butterfly Bakery Muffins Review!

In 1998, Brenda the creator of Butterfly Bakery started experimenting with Sugar Free desserts that her mom could enjoy. She has diabetes and the choices at the time were limited. So Brenda set out on a mission to satisfy her sweet tooth. This was no easy task, as she is an exquisite baker and very tough critic. Yet Brenda kept experimenting with sugar free recipes, baking cakes and muffins - even creating her own butter cream frosting... until one day, her Mom took a bite of her cake and declared it, “Simplesmente perfeito!” (’Just perfect’ in Portuguese). Brenda then knew she was on to something when she started to get requests from friends and family who didn’t even have diabetes.....  And The Butterfly Bakery was born!
I am very glad Butterfly Bakery was born. I am always looking for healthier foods that still have all the flavors that tickle my taste buds. My growing daughter needs yummy foods that are also healthy and nutritious. Most people think bland thoughts when they hear Gluten Free because they think it will not taste good. Butterfly Bakery goes against those stereotypes with you thinking, "I can't believe it's Gluten Free". Not only is that a breath of fresh air for those you looking for healthier foods but do not want to leave the taste behind. But also to those who have no choice and finding something so yummy that they can actually eat it, is a blessing. I think their muffins are absolutely delicious. You will love them as much as I do! No more leaving taste behind to eat healthier.
