Baked Egg Avocado Delight Recipe!

If you like avocado and egg then you are in for a treat. This easy to make recipe is easy to make and very delicious. Simply follow the steps below to create this dish yourself.
What you will need:
- avocado(s)
- eggs
- shredded cheese
- smoked paprika
Here is what you need to do:
Bake Time: 25 minutes
- Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 400°F.
Cut each avocado in half and remove the pit. Using a spoon, scrape out the center of each halved avocado so that it is large enough to accommodate an egg (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
- Using foil, create a nest for each avocado. This keeps the egg centered and sturdy.
- Break an egg into the center of each avocado. Don’t worry if some of the white spills out as long as the yolk is intact. You can also do the same using egg whites.
- Lightly sprinkle smoked paprika over surface. The amount is up to you.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes and sprinkle your desired shred. cheese on top. 
Continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove from oven and allow to cool.
BOOM! All done!
